Hi everyone!
Haha it's been exactly a month! So many things are happening in this church and we got to go up one level amen?
I met Esmonde today and ended up late for school because of the meeting, but it was a good meeting! Just planning the timelines and stuff for all the projects coming up, and we realised that it's going to really be a period for us to STRETCH and really accelerate.
Let me give you a preview of upcoming projects:
1) Pastor Lia's birthday videos
2) Red Rain
3) Building Fund
4) June - SCHOOLS Seminar
5) Pastor How's Nordic conference
6) (tentative) Pastor Kong's seminar
And that's just for now...there could be more! Haha!
But let's have a great attitude in doing all this! It's going to be a lot of work, but let's not be tired! And after this year, when we look back, we'll see how far we have come and how much we have all grown, both individually and as a ministry.
I can't wait. It's going to be awesome. :)

Hi everyone!
As you can tell, this is NOT Esmonde. Firstly, our writing styles are extremely different. Haha. Secondly, if you have been receiving many smses from me, I use the word "Haha" a lot. And I write with many smilies. So, if you are still wondering, this is MARIL! :) Haha. (there I go again...)
I haven't been in post-production for long, and I certainly haven't been able to work and really get to talk to everyone in the ministry. However, I just want to say that
I really love this ministry! When Pastors put me in, I was quite shocked as I honestly know nothing of videos. Like what Pastor How said, the only thing I know of videos is how to watch them! Haha. That is quite true. But I'm still learning, still wanting to learn at least the basics (like through this ministry, I have learnt how to use a Mac, that's how bad I am).
Anyway, Esmonde and I have exciting things in store! Including a meeting for everyone, but that's all in the works. Stay tuned. But before I end off I just have one thought -
Let's really take this as a year of acceleration and go all out for Pastors, for the leaders and for church! Let's really support them in everything that we do (and not just in post-production, though that would be expected of us as a ministry). Let's really carry Pastors' hearts and burdens with us. Let's be people who can really flow with church, with Pastors, with our leaders, with God. Let's make 2007 a year that when we look back, we can say "Wow! I can't believe how far we've come". :)
And of course, never forgetting GOD, who is the reason why we do everything.

Dear all,
IT has finally happened.. The room is now sparkling clean. The Macs have been purged of their sins and are now living rightly. Translated, there has been a great cleaning and deleting, and many things have now disappeared. Indeed, the old has passed away, and behold, all things have been made new.
These are the new things which are in place.
1) A folder has been created for each of us. Surely you are encouraged to manage your space well.
2) We will only keep all exported productions, and they will be labelled under the respective year and event/category.
3) All cables are currently being kept neatly in the dry cabinet.
4) Slowly, the third and newest Mac will be leased out for others to use. This is so the design-related, photography-related people will be able to make use of the power that is Apple. Hence, you may notice that the third Mac now uses the 600GB Hard Drive.
Great thanks to the hardworking people who helped out in the cleaning process. I am glad that all of us can pitch in and keep our space looking great! Moreover, it was just fun to work together. Haha. You guys are really the most willing and helpful people ever.
To be added in:
1) Movie Database. What is now one dinky surfing movie in the current database will be a piracy monstrosity. But seriously, this is so we will not have to continually sell our souls to EZ Video or Poh Heng DVD&VCD. They will be labelled under respective genre and name, and each moive will be split into 30 min segments.
2) Ideas Database. So we will be able to have a huge collection of the wackiest, craziest ideas and we will be able to bounce off, sharpen and improve on each others creativity and talent.
Right! And as some of you might already know, we have a new addition to our team!
Marilyn will be joining us, and will be leading in the realm of her strength, administration! Hence, welcome and respect shall be duely given. *Applause applause applause*
That should be all for now. Really, congrats to all the people who have been working on their vids recently. You all have grown so much in such a short span of time.

Greetings, dear Post Production Team!
It has been a while since the last post; Many videos have been made, and many of you newer guys are finding your feet in the ministry. I am proud of all of you for having made it thus far.
As you probably already know, part of the grand plan was to have a post-Christmas celebration. It will come in time. I understand it is a bit tricky to have outings now because it is busy-time for the guys in Poly.
Nevertheless, we will do what we can for now. Hence, here are the announcements!
1) SPRING CLEANING!!
Finally! We will cleanse and purge the Mac Corner of all dust, spiderwebs, hairs and such. This will take place on the coming Tuesday and Wednesday, the 6th and 7th of February, 6-8pm. Here is the following schedule.

We will finally be clearing the Macs and the Hard Drive of a long overdue cleanup. We will also be straightening out the cupboard. *NOTE:
Don't leave the precious juicer stuff lying around!! It will be confiscated!! Be excited. All things will truly be made new.

Dear Post-production Team,
Well, 2006 has come and gone! What a year. All in all, I just want to express how immensely glad I am with everyone in this team. Regardless of how new you may be in this team or how 'lao jiao' you are,
you have a special place here.
Already, I am getting remarks from people saying how different the styles presented during the Heart Awards were. You guys are slowly developing your very own flavours and personalities, and that it a sign of personal growth. For those of you who have just jumped onto the bandwagon, your first videos are your achievement as growing members in this team.
No fear, no anxiety. Everyone is progressing at their own pace.
Anyhow, seeing that this is the beginning of the year, several things will be happening. Heh heh..
1) Systems and Procedures!
Now that the video season is more or less dying down(relatively), I will be working on the systems and procedures that will play a part in governing the world of the Imaginarium. From the looks of how things ran during the Heart Awards, we really really need them! I will share more with you guys when I have things tied down, but basically, we need these rules and protocols to give stability to our Creative Work, that we will be able to run and keep running well because everything runs, works and stays in place, even when under stress.
2) Fine System
Yes, your money will give new life to the ministry. Incidences of the room left in disorder were thankfully minimised, though not totally gone. We have to work towards perfection. Haha.
3) Debrief
I have yet to talk to each of you for your work done during the holidays. The most important thing is that evryone picks up something after the holidays. The last thing I want to happen is you walking off learning nothing; that would be the most unprofitable.
4) The Final Judgement
The Final Judgement on the Macs was stopped temporarily for the Heart Awards. Now it continues. When I am through, everything on the computers will be eliminated and we will have a clean sheet to start on again. The same goes for the LaCie hard Drive, both the photo and video ones.
5) The New Mac
I understand that there have been problems with the New Mac being unable to upload footage and all. Most of the time, either Sky or myself goes down to the Mac shop to get answers. I think it will be good if you guys begin to play a part in solving such technical issues as well. Hence I will be getting people to look up the Mac Shop.
5) Party!!
There just HAS to be some sort of celebration; I know everone has worked hard, and it's absolutely necessary that we celebrate our hardwork and successes. Let's all have it like a Pot Luck style, where everyone brings a bit of stuff. Do you think that this Sat will be too rushed? I was thinking next week wouldn't be too good since we will be busy with schools and evangelism and everything. Do give your opinion on the tagboard.
Alright, that should be it for now. It's a new year. I simply dream of all the things we will accomplish.
Dream big guys. Let's win the Team of the Year Award this year. I just know we can,

Hi guys!
For all of you who will be staying over at my home for the Christmas Project,
1) Things to bring:
i) Clothes for
VBS and
regular use.
ii) Toiletries, aka toothbrush minimally. Towel will be good too.
*iii) If you have a digital camera/camcorder, bring it too. Everything needed for it to run for a few days straight and any accompanying wires to upload the footage. Darren, thanks for your camera!
iv) A bit commonsensical... But still, remember to bring everything you'll need for VBS! Bible.. Notebook and stationery .. etc
2) What you'll be noting:
i) Foodwise, we'll try to eat before heading down to my place. Certainly, you may stock up before coming down.
ii) Churchwise, we'll head there together each morning. We'll maintain proper sleep hours, so there should be no excuse for being lifeless and dead during VBS. Must ah!! We must work the hardest and still be the most alive! Immediately after service, we'll head down to my place and carry on with work.
iii) QT-wise, for those staying over, there will be time to do QT. This is the MOST important part of the Christmas Project. We may not be the most skilled, but there is the anointing and the presence of God. With God, our video project will surely be successful.
iv) PO-wise, it will be up to you to manage. You guys here will have to learn to manage your relationship with your parents. If now you can be stopped by PO, how will you ever grow up working and living for God? Gotta learn to be wise and manage your PO well.
3) What we'll be doing:
i) First day, I will be splitting you all into groups. There I will teach you all a skill which you will be focusing on.
ii) Thereafter I will brief you on the overall picture of the project.
iii) I will finally show you explicitly what you will be doing. The details, the micro picture.
iv) Work!
That should be all. So immediately after the VBS tmrw, I will have a short ad hoc prac. Everyone can go eat first before meeting back in church. We will proceed from there.
That should be all!!
